01 Strict body temperature measurement and data reporting.

Entry temperature measurement and hand-held passes are the first hurdle to enter our company. For better epidemic prevention, whether it is the office, workshop or dormitory, twice-daily temperature measurements are conducted in the morning and afternoon, strictly controlled, and data is reported in a timely manner.

02 Adjust department meal times, staggered meals.

        During the epidemic prevention period, in order to provide employees with a safer meal collection and dining environment, based on the number of people and floors in each department, we adjusted the original meal order and then divided meals into small batches. The queuing process emphasized increased spacing, and strictly supervised the dining order and canteen hygiene and cleaning.

03 Added smoking areas to prevent crowding.

        During the epidemic, in order to reduce the risk of face-to-face communication among smokers, we have opened up new areas, added smoking areas, diverted smokers, increased process supervision, reminded smokers to minimize communication and avoid crowding, and increased the disinfection frequency of smoking areas.

04 Comprehensive disinfection of the factory area to maintain cleanliness.

        During this special period, special disinfection procedures are adopted to disinfect incoming goods and express deliveries, and to carry out comprehensive disinfection of the factory area and office buildings to maintain cleanliness.

05 Full procurement of epidemic prevention materials, distribution in place.

        Under the shortage of epidemic prevention materials, we have made every effort to procure masks, disinfectant alcohol, hand sanitizer, infrared thermometers, and other materials through multiple channels. Masks are distributed to employees daily to meet their needs, building a warm protective barrier for them.

07 Online and offline epidemic prevention publicity.

        Offline, epidemic prevention posters are posted on the publicity columns, and epidemic prevention materials are circulated within the departments. Online, the latest epidemic prevention announcements and knowledge are pushed on the company's public account regularly, allowing people to learn more and protect themselves and their families.

08 Safe recruitment during special times.

        Resumption of work and production and recruitment are carried out simultaneously. During this special period, we adopt a safe recruitment method, conducting temperature checks on all applicants and comprehensively investigating information.
