At the historic moment when Huaguo optics is about to usher in its 30th anniversary, I took over as the general manager of the company. I am well aware of the great responsibility. In order to keep this optical ship rolling forward, I must make 300% efforts to lead Huaguo back to the peak of the optical industry. To this end, I put forward a new corporate vision: create together, share together, focus on specialty and achieve listing. It is hoped that all Huaguo colleagues will have the same goal and work together to create higher performance, so as to better take care of our Huaguo colleagues.
I also put forward new cultural norms for every Huaguo cadre: responsibility, service, efficiency, value and evaluation. Starting from the understanding of their own responsibilities, serve our customers and employees well; Through the improvement of efficiency, the value of our cadres can be reflected. As long as there is performance, we can get good evaluation, and thus get better welfare and treatment.
I hope everyone can understand that only when the company is good can we take better care of the hardworking employees. So I sincerely hope that all Huaguo colleagues, especially the cadres of Huaguo, will roll up their sleeves and work hard. Good welfare is not created by waiting, but by our hands. We also want to promise our customers that under the principle of mutual benefit, we will continue to complete each order with professional technology and enthusiastic service.
