At 10 o'clock, the reserve cadre graduation ceremony commenced as scheduled. Guo Wenhui, a representative of the reserve cadres, gave a summary speech on behalf of the 31st reserve cadre class, highlighting growth, transformation, achievements, and gratitude. After four and a half months of training, the reserve cadre team has achieved fruitful results.
Since the commencement of training on November 14, 2016, the 31st reserve cadre class has undergone 144 days of training. The company culture of "doing valuable work, controlling the process of achieving goals, and encouraging each other in the process" has been thoroughly integrated into the reserve cadre culture.
Following the report, the solemn and sacred reserve cadre inheritance book signing ceremony took place. During the ceremony, Chairman Zhou carefully signed the graduation certificate in the reserve cadre inheritance book and affixed the "Approved for Graduation" seal. Then, representative Ding Chun received the inheritance book from Chairman Zhou. Subsequently, Chairman Zhou personally presented graduation certificates to all 31st reserve cadres. Under Chairman Zhou's witness, the 31st and 32nd reserve cadre classes completed the solemn handover ceremony.
Finally, Chairman Zhou gave an address to the 31st reserve cadre class. Chairman Zhou first highly commended the 31st reserve cadre class's spirit of breakthrough and innovation. He then made two requests of the reserve cadres: First, the reserve cadres should not have only a three-minute enthusiasm; this passion should not disappear after the graduation ceremony. Youth is power, and it is hoped that the reserve cadres will use this passion to reignite the company's enthusiasm. Second, it is hoped that the reserve cadres will have a grateful heart. There is a saying in Taiwan: "When eating fruit, show respect to the tree." It is not hoped that after picking the fruit, you will take an axe and cut down the tree. It is also hoped that in the days to come, you will cherish the company and not harm it; this requires action. Finally, Chairman Zhou expressed his expectations for future reserve cadres: He hopes that the reserve cadres will achieve more breakthroughs and more innovations!
