Warmest Congratulations < Charming China Taking Root in Chancheng—Huaguo Optics Special Arts Evening > Successfully Held
On the evening of October 17, 2010, the Charming China, Taking Root in Chancheng—Huaguo Optics Special Arts Evening was performed at the Zhangcha Culture Square in Foshan.
At 7:30 PM, with the singing of Huaguo Company's anthem and a sign language dance performance, the evening officially began. The passionate and resonant singing and elegant and solemn dance moves fully displayed Huaguo's charm.
Before the evening even began, more than a thousand spectators had gathered in the square. As the evening progressed, the number of enthusiastic spectators cheering around the square increased even more. Some passersby even stopped to watch. With the assistance of the Zhangcha Street Office staff, the overall order was well maintained.
The program consisted mainly of song and dance, including eight performances: "Huaguo Company Anthem," "Phoenix Dance in the Sunshine," "Korean Wave," "Late Autumn," "Who Is My Groom," "Jimmy, Come On," "Outside the Window," and "A Flower Under the Wulan Mountain." All these programs were independently created by Huaguo employees in their spare time. During the event, Mr. Zhou Liangcheng, chairman of the Foshan Chancheng District Taiwan Business Association and general manager of Huaguo Company, sang a Taiwanese song, "Needle and Thread Affection," which pushed the evening to a climax. At the same time, the Zhangcha Street Cultural Troupe also presented wonderful guitar and dance performances for the evening.
Under the support and encouragement of General Manager Zhou, Huaguo Company's overall corporate culture has been successfully promoted. In their spare time, employees can fully utilize their various talents. The company is also happy to provide training venues and hold various cultural and sports activities, providing them with various platforms to showcase their talents. Due to time constraints, only a limited number of programs were performed at this evening's event. The company will provide further opportunities in the future for more employees with such interests to showcase their talents.
Those attending the evening included leaders and guests from the Chancheng District Culture and Sports Bureau and Zhangcha Street, as well as Huaguo Company executives (including section chiefs) and staff.
