The Huaguo Company's 'Shared Goodness' Speech Competition was successfully held in the new cafeteria on the evening of September 25th at 6:00 PM. Corporate culture is reflected in every aspect of daily work and life. This event aimed to guide colleagues to correctly understand the company's corporate culture, promote the spirit of shared goodness, and convey positive energy through a speech competition. Respected leaders, General Manager Zhou, Assistant Manager Cai, Director Zhao Hongyang, Director Zhou Hai (represented by Manager Chen Zhiqiang), Director Zhou Yilong (represented by Section Chief Liu Jianbo), and Director Wang Huadong (represented by Section Chief Bin Zhongliang) were invited to attend the event and serve as judges.
After the preliminary selection of speeches from participants, a total of 27 contestants participated in the competition. At the competition site, it was evident that all contestants had made careful preparations. From preparing their speeches to their tone, eye contact, and every body movement during the speech, each contestant's hard work was evident. Speeches covered topics such as teamwork, love in the nursery, and the dream of shared goodness, with speakers sharing details of their work experiences to illustrate their understanding of the company's corporate culture and the spirit of shared goodness. After an intense competition, Xie Xiaoqin from the Development Department won first place, Kong Limin from the Manufacturing Department won second place, and Chen Ting from the Quality Assurance Department won third place.
