Leaders including Huang Huahua, Vice Chairman of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress and former Governor of Guangdong Province, and Yuan Baocheng, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, attended the meeting along with nearly a thousand representatives of Guangdong enterprises. The meeting commended outstanding enterprises, entrepreneurs, and trustworthy enterprises of 2015 in Guangdong Province and conducted in-depth discussions on intelligent leadership in transformation and development, and the times' call for the spirit of craftsmanship.

At the meeting, Vice Governor Yuan Baocheng congratulated the award-winning enterprises and entrepreneurs and put forward three suggestions: First, adhere to innovation and shape enterprises into innovation-leading enterprises that rely on innovation to drive and leverage first-mover advantages, thus better contributing to the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong's economy. Second, keep up with the new situation, explore new business opportunities, and promote the implementation of new scientific research projects with considerable market demand. Third, strengthen cultivation, strive to adapt to the new normal, and enhance core capabilities, including product and technological innovation capabilities, industrial capabilities, global brand and channel capabilities, and internet application and service capabilities.
