Celebrating the 24th Anniversary
To celebrate the company's 24th anniversary and to show appreciation for the hard work and contributions of our employees to Huaguo's development, and to enliven the company culture and showcase employee talent, a company-wide "Ink Painting Beautiful Huaguo, DIY Showcases My Skills" event was held from June 20th to July 3rd. This event featured calligraphy and painting works, and DIY handicrafts, presented through exhibitions and auctions.
From June 20th to 21st, departments submitted their selected outstanding works to the company for judging. A total of 71 original works were received from employees across various departments. On June 22nd, a panel of senior company executives formed a fair and impartial judging panel to meticulously score the anonymous entries. After careful deliberation, 24 works were selected across the three categories to receive company awards.
On June 23rd, the Huaguo training room was transformed into an exhibition hall. The outstanding works, showcasing the artistic talent and youthful vitality of the company's employees, became a beautiful sight in the workplace. Employees took advantage of their breaks and after-work hours to visit the exhibition hall and admire the artistic achievements of the award-winning employees.
On July 3rd, during the company's 24th-anniversary celebration, the original works were showcased on stage for a tiered auction. Buyers enthusiastically raised their bidding paddles, creating a lively auction atmosphere. The original works and the passionate auctioneer created a unique Huaguo auction scene. The proceeds from the auction were returned to the creators, with half of the profits awarded as an incentive for originality and the other half donated to the company's charity fund to support colleagues in need.
The "Ink Painting Beautiful Huaguo, DIY Showcases My Skills" event not only celebrated Huaguo's 24th birthday in a way that benefited employees but also fostered a positive corporate culture, contributing to the smooth progress of future work.
