——The 2016 Mid-Autumn Festival event was successfully held
On September 13, 2016, as the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, in order to create a good corporate culture atmosphere, the company held a mooncake DIY themed event, "Celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival with Family and Friends, and "Babies" Making Mooncakes," inviting managers and employees from various departments to gather together and experience a "family reunion" unique to our Chinese culture.
At the event site, employees were divided into groups of 10 at each table, with red bean paste, lotus seed paste, fruit, matcha, and other mooncake fillings, as well as other materials and molds already on the tables. Two types of mooncakes were made in this activity: traditional mooncakes + ice-skin mooncakes. After learning the mooncake making process in detail, everyone started to work, from filling to molding, from baking to sharing, with clear division of labor. After one employee rolled out the dough, another employee would quickly wrap the prepared filling in the dough. After wrapping the dough, it's time to use the mold; don't rush, remember to sprinkle some dry powder before using the mold! Although it was everyone's first time making mooncakes, everyone did a great job. When they saw beautiful mooncakes emerging from their own hands, everyone was extremely excited and satisfied. Employees tasted their first self-made mooncakes with relish, and some exchanged mooncakes with different fillings and patterns, comparing whose were the best!
"It's so fun to make mooncakes with everyone. Thank you to the company for organizing such a heartwarming event."
