Huaguo Company's 2015 Smile Angel Selection Finals began smoothly at 2:00 PM on May 30th, accompanied by pleasant and upbeat music. The finals invited respected leaders General Manager Zhou, Assistant Manager Cai, Minister Zhao Hongyang, Minister Zhou Hai, and Minister Wang Huadong to attend and serve as judges. In addition, 14 executive team units each assigned 2 members to serve as secondary judges.
After voting by various departments, 21 contestants entered the finals. With the playing of carefully prepared pre-competition VCRs by each department, the atmosphere was filled with encouragement and support. The contestants confidently took the stage with this support, striving to represent themselves and their departments, interpreting their own smile sentiments. Each contestant's smile sentiment expressed Huaguo's corporate culture of conveying "smiles." One contestant said, "The universally understood language is a smile!" Another said, "A smile comes from the heart, it cannot be faked; maintaining a "smiling" attitude makes life more beautiful!" Still another said, "A smile costs nothing, but it is priceless." These all reflect the "smile" attitude cultivated in Huaguo people at Huaguo. Each contestant interpreted "smile" to the fullest, each being the best 2015 Smile Angel in the hearts of their respective departments. However, the competition was fierce; after intense competition, Huaguo Company's top ten 2015 Smile Angels were selected. Their names are: Xie Xiaoqin (Development Department), Zhuang Xia (Quality Assurance Department), Fan Wenling (Manufacturing Department 1), Li Yanlan (Manufacturing Department 1), Zhao Shuang (Quality Assurance Department), Huang Jingjing (Technology Department), Gao Xueliang (Manufacturing Department 3), Qian Xiaoqian (Information Department), Gong Cuiyao (Manufacturing Department 2), and Liao Zhenyi (Sales Department).
Xie Xiaoqin from the Development Department won first place with a story about her first experience of receiving and giving smiles at Huaguo, sharing the wonderful feelings she gained from giving smiles and advocating that Huaguo people should not be stingy with smiles, as passing this energy among colleagues brings the greatest rewards. This moved all the judges and audience.
The 2015 Smile Angel Selection Finals concluded successfully at 4:00 PM on May 30th. Finally, congratulations to the ten contestants selected as 2015 Smile Angels; may they carry the "smile" as a mission, conveying positive energy to every colleague at Huaguo.
