To enhance employee sense of belonging and improve interaction between managers and employees, thereby facilitating management, a birthday party was organized for August birthday employees. On August 27, 2015, Huaguo Company held a unique birthday party for its employees born in August.
The birthday party was uniquely conducted with Sushi DIY + Huaguo KTV. The Sushi DIY segment, following a PPT tutorial, was carried out as a group speed competition, allowing all birthday employees to participate actively, truly becoming the masters of the party. They not only enjoyed the process of making food but also found a sense of accomplishment in the delicious results and experienced the power of teamwork through the competition. Huaguo KTV served as the entertainment segment. With powerful song selection software and surround sound effects, it was like bringing a KTV room to the party venue. The birthday employees' passion was rekindled, using song to relax and express their joy.
Finally, a birthday cake laden with blessings was presented by a representative of the birthday employees, pushing the atmosphere to a climax. All birthday employees stood up and spontaneously sang "Happy Birthday" around the cake. The radiant smiles on their faces showed boundless happiness and emotion. We hope they will continue to be happy, and we wish all Huaguo people happiness!
