In recent years, with the increasingly cold economic environment and the year-on-year increase in labor costs, the cold resistance of the manufacturing industry will face a thorough test. In 2015, when shoe and textile industries were closing down in large numbers, foreign capital was withdrawing from the electronics industry, the building ceramics and sanitary ware industry had overcapacity, the public was taking extended holidays, and numerous multinational companies were starting to lay off employees—even Sinopec was planning layoffs—China was also struggling to move forward in this cold winter. However, it is fortunate that China has a group of employees willing to share the company's joys and sorrows, and a group of cadres willing to take responsibility!
Starting in 2013, the company's profits began to decline sharply. High labor costs and a volatile economic environment still did not bring back the stability of employees, and the company's labor shortage began to gradually expand. According to incomplete statistics, from 2013 to 2015, the company's labor shortage reached 25% at its highest, and the personnel turnover rate reached 15%. In the first eight months of 2015 alone, the personnel shortage in the company's manufacturing units remained at 13%-18%, not including 5-8% short-term interns. Under such circumstances, the people of China did not lose heart, and the manufacturers of China did not give up. With the help of various brother units, they used their actions to interpret their determination and perseverance in overcoming the winter!
