As the warm morning sun gently touches the still-chilly earth, the flowers, plants, fish, and birds remain in their winter slumber. Meanwhile, Huaguo welcomes its newest team—the 30th Reserve Cadre.

After the first phase of military training, the 30th Reserve Cadre team, formerly 36 individuals, has coalesced into a single unit, presented before the people of Huaguo. On the morning of January 26th, the 30th Reserve Cadre arrived early at the venue, lined up, ready and waiting for Director Zhou's inspection command.

At precisely 6:40 AM, Director Zhou personally arrived to conduct the military inspection, accompanied by cadres at the section chief level and above. With Director Zhou's command to "begin inspection," the military inspection ceremony for the 30th Reserve Cadre commenced. Under Instructor Wei Guo Jian's commands, the 30th Reserve Cadre displayed their impressive bearing, high spirits, and synchronized movements.

Following this, the opening ceremony for the 30th Reserve Cadre was held. Reserve Cadre Ye Zhi Long, on behalf of all 30th Reserve Cadres, expressed their determination to "rise to the challenge and embody the spirit of 'If not me, then who?' To do it, and to do it to the best of our ability." Finally, Director Zhou gave an address, reiterating the qualities expected of reserve cadres: 1. Ability to endure hardship and withstand pressure; 2. Creation of value; 3. Gratitude; 4. Loyalty.
