February 17, 2016, was the first day back to work for Huaguo Company after the New Year. At 6:30 AM, executives at the group level and above gathered at the designated location, ready to begin.
The morning temperature was low, but morale was high. After roll call, the general manager addressed all executives with his New Year's message: He hoped that all executives would first set an example, end their holiday state of mind, quickly refocus, and wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to work—because a good start is half the battle! He also hoped that all colleagues would be early birds—because the early bird gets the worm! The general manager also emphasized that two months of 2016 had already passed, leaving only 10 months to break through. He hoped that all colleagues would make every effort to achieve their goals, come together at Huaguo, and create their value!
At 7:10 AM, the general manager and department heads extended New Year greetings and wishes to all employees.
